Guided onboarding flow

A step-by-step onboarding experience for new users that walks them through the key actions to get value from CVtoBlind quickly.

The flow covers: uploading a first CV, reviewing the extracted profile, setting a default template, and inviting teammates. Each step is shown inline in the app — no separate setup wizard.

Why this matters: New users currently land on the Convert page with no guidance. A structured first-run experience reduces time-to-value and increases activation.
